4. Remove Flooring in Kitchen
5. Install Bathroom Fan
6. Install New Sump Pump Pit
7. Fix Basement Floor (Filled Drilled Holes, only Cracks Left)
8. Remove Carpet in Living Room
9. Patch Hardwood Below Carpet
10. Paint Walls
11. Install HD OTA Antenna (check out www.antennaweb.org)
12. Replace Drywall Where Needed (50%)
