Well, It's been a bit since I have had time to put up some more info, so here are the latest updates. We ripped up the flooring in the kitchen, and found this beautiful design below. We were trying to save it, but just happened to take it up with the rest of the tile... whoops :-p. Beside that this weekend my parents came down to help with some of the labor. My mom and Barbra painted the living room which looks great. My dad and I jackhammered through the floor to install a much bigger sump basin. It is about 3-4 times larger then the previous hole, and twice as deep. but now the sump works as intended. On for about 30 seconds, and off fo r much longer, instead of 5 second bursts every 30 minutes. I am feeling the work today though the jack hammering was fun.
