7. Fix Basement Floor (Filled Drilled Holes, only Crack repair left)
8. Remove Carpet in Living Room
9. Patch Hardwood Below Carpet
10. Paint Walls (90%)
11. Install HD OTA Antenna (www.antennaweb.org)
12. Replace Drywall Where Needed (99%)
13. Install Kitchen Floor
14. Install Kitchen Cabinets (99%)
15. Install Attice Soffit Vents
16. Install Attic Ladder
17. Install Peg board behind work bench (80%)
18. Fix Sink in basement, install sink basin pump.

20. Refinish Hardwood Floors
21. Install Sump Pump Battery Backup (www.basementwatchdog.com)
22. Install Cabinet Soffits and Microwave Vent.
